I worked very closely with Elad Sofer in the last 3 years. In that period of time Elad worked as a coach and expert in the Agile methodology and assisted changing Nokia Siemens Networks methodology from the traditional WF to Agile Elad is known in NSN as an Agile expert and As such he trained all people in NSN-Israel, before they get involved in the Agile development methodology. Elad was highly appreciated as an Agile Trainer in NSN. In all cases the feedback of the trainees to his training was very positive: the content of the training was highly professional, the training was interesting, with lots of relevant examples and was found useful for the actual work in NSN. Elad himself has a vast knowledge and he is updated with the latest improvements. As an Agile coach, Elad assisted developing the new Development Mode of Operation in NSN-Israel. Elad contributed from his experience and knowledge to define a new MOO that is suitable to the NSN culture on one hand and still allows practicing Agile s/w development on the other hand. I enjoyed very much working with Elad and learned a lot from him about Agile s/w development. ,Regards |
